At the School of Public Health’s annual National Public Health Week keynote, global health leader Dr. Nishtar addressed the new era of funding cuts, mistrust, our “collective amnesia” around infectious diseases and Gavi’s plan to vaccinate 500 million more children.

With students studying remotely as a result of COVID-19, Brown’s School of Public Health created a platform for students to share their poster presentations online.

The School of Public Health celebrated National Public Health Week 2019 by bringing together the campus community and our local community members and partners to celebrate public health and to highlight key health issues.

Public Health Research Day, an annual conference hosted by Brown University’s School of Public Health, highlights the research accomplishments of our students and partners across campus.

Sayles Hall was filled with 80 public health posters on Thursday, April 13th – the most presentations during Public Health Research Day ever! The researchers responsible were on hand, answering the questions of judges, colleagues, and friends.
