School of Public Health Seed Grant Recipients

Deans Bess Marcus and David Savitz introduced the School of Public Health Seed Grant Program to connect faculty collaborators across our Research Centers who have not previously worked together but have complementary interests and capabilities.

This program is intended to support new applications for external funding and builds upon the Center structure to encourage faculty to come together in novel and creative ways. The School-wide program is designed to facilitate enhanced research productivity and stimulate highly competitive grant applications that likely would not have been developed otherwise.
 
Many high-quality proposals were received, and carefully reviewed by senior faculty members who generously volunteered their time. The proposals and teams selected to receive awards are:
