Brown University Shuttle is a safety-oriented transportation service offered to the Brown community – students, faculty, and staff of Brown and hospital affiliates who have a Brown ID.

Amtrak offers high-speed service to Boston and New York, as well as the rest of the United States. The Amtrak station is located in downtown Providence, less than a half hour walk from campus.
Boston Commuter Rail offers several trains per day to Boston. The MBTA station is located in downtown Providence, less than a half hour walk from campus.
Zipcar and Lyft Concierge contribute to the range of mobility options available to the Brown community and its guests. Beyond traditional transportation avenues, these car and ride share services are designed to provide convenience and flexibility.
Seasonal service between Providence, Bristol, and Newport. The Providence Ferry Terminal, at 25 India Street, is less than a half hour walk from campus.
