Public Health Research Day

The School of Public Health’s annual poster conference showcases the public health research of Brown students at all levels, along with our trainees and partners.

This year’s Public Health Research Day will be held on April 8, 2025. This in-person event will be at Alumnae Hall, 194 Meeting St, Providence, RI 02906. The conference will open to the community at 1:00 p.m., and posters will be on display until 3:30 p.m. 

We invite our Brown University and School of Public Health community members to attend and discuss the research posters with the presenters. Refreshments will be served throughout.

Call for Abstracts

Scientific research abstracts are welcome from our public health undergraduate, master's, doctoral and postdoctoral trainees. We also invite a limited number of abstracts from our community research and state agency partners, such as our RIDOH colleagues showcasing surveillance datasets.

Poster Printing

We have resources to print student posters for Public Health Research Day. Once students submit an abstract for Public Health Research Day, they will be emailed instructions on how to submit their poster for printing and delivery to the event.
